170807-N-KW679-0050 PUERTO CASTILLA, Honduras (August 7, 2017) Navy Diver 1st Class Austin Carter, first-class diver and leading petty officer of Mobile Diving Salvage Unit 1 Company 15 (MDSU 1 CO-15), helps a Honduran diver carry his gear to the water for diving familiarization. MDSU 1 CO-15 is deployed alongside several Sailors from different commands as part of Southern Partnership Station 17, a U.S. Navy deployment, executed by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
