171023-N-PM250-557 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 23, 2017) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Miller, a Sailor attached to Combat Logisitcs Battalion 22, stands by his truck and await further instruction in the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44). Combat Logisitcs Battalion 22 is on board Gunston Hall in support of exercise Bold Alligator 2017 (#BA17). Improving Navy-Marine Corps amphibious core competencies along with coalition, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
