The daughter of 1st Sgt. Doug Blose, the company first sergeant of Charlie Company, 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, fires an M4 carbine during the 1st Recon Bn. Jane Wayne Day at Camp Margarita, Calif., June 3. Spouses and loved ones of the battalion's Marines and sailors also shot the Berretta 9 mm pistol and the M40A3 sniper rifle and learned how to rappel during the family readiness event. Blose, 20, is from Temecula, Calif.
