ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 12, 2018) Damage Controlman 3rd Class Vincent Moreno, left, and Damage Controlman 2nd Class Elizabeth Brizuelastone, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84), prepare to refuel an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the 'Dragon Slayers' of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 11 on the ship's flight deck. Bulkeley is underway as part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG) composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX), which evaluates the strike group's ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea, ultimately certifying the HSTCSG for deployment.
