U.S. Army service members from Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team, Ugandan veterinarian students from Makerere University, and 31 CAHW's treated more than 30,000 animals during the six day VETCAP.
