Jill Lynn, veterinarian assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team, deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, conducts an examination on a donkey June 6 during a veterinary civic action project in the rural village of Kagamongole, Uganda. This is the first of a three phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of CJTF-HOA, the Ugandan government and the U.S. Embassy in Uganda.
