Air Force Tech. Sgt. Chris Becvar, a structural craftsman with the 556th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers located at Hurlburt Field, Fla., grinds off a piece of reinforcement steel at a new clinic being constructed here, June 19. Airmen with the Red Horse squadron are working in conjunction with the 2011 New Horizons Task Force. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian training exercise between the Suriname government and the U.S. Southern Command helping improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
