MEDITERRANEAN SEA (March 5, 2018) U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jorge Brito, a forward observer assigned to Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) receives a certificate during a Corporal’s Course graduation aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21) March 5, 2018. The four-week long course teaches Marines the embodiment and responsibilities of being a Non-Commissioned Officer and allows the Marines to improve their education and professional development while deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
