Gage Solberg, an aviation mechanic assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 162 Reinforced (REIN), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) receives an certification during a Corporal’s Course graduation aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21) March 5, 2018. The four-week long course teaches Marines the embodiment and responsibilities of being a Non-Commissioned Officer and allows the Marines to improve their education and professional development while deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
