180312-N-ZL062-0072 PHILIPPINE SEA (March 12, 2018) Gunner's Mate Seaman Duane Broadwell III, from Belmont, New York, scrubs down the Standard Missile-2 (SM-2) launch cells on the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54) as part of a fresh water wash down during MultiSail 2018. MultiSail is a bilateral training exercise improving interoperability between the U.S. and Japanese forces. This exercise benefits from realistic, shared training enhancing our ability to work together to confront any contingency.
