CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – Sgt. Maj. Peter A. Siaw listens to Brig. Gen. Paul Rock Jr.’s speech during a relief and appointment ceremony March 27 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Siaw spent two years as the sergeant major of Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler and Marine Corps Installations Pacific preforming his duties in a manner which reflected well on his character and on the Marine Corps as a whole. Sgt. Maj.
