COLUMBUS, Ohio — Retired Marine Lieutenant Col. Sean Braziel, the U.S. Olympic men’s ice hockey coach, discusses mentorship during the So You Want to Be a Coach Marine Corps Panel Discussion during the 2018 Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Convention at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, Ohio, March 30. Marines attended WBCA to engage with women of all experience levels and inform them about opportunities within the Corps. This year, the Marine Corps celebrates 100 years since women first joined the Corps, an anniversary celebrated for the progress of women who now have the ability to join any occupational specialty within the Marines.
