PACIFIC OCEAN- (March 29, 2018) Marine Corps Cpl. Bryan Carofeliciano, of Aquada, Puerto Rico, assigned to 13th Marine expeditionary unit (MEU), gives Marine Corps Cpl. Andres Ralda, of Los Angeles, assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 166, a haircut in the barber shop aboard Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during an amphibious squadron and MEU integration (PMINT) exercise. PMINT is a training evolution between Essex Amphibious Ready Group and 13th MEU, which allows Sailors and Marines to train as a cohesive unit in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
