BREMERTON, Wash. (April 19, 2018) Cmdr. David Vehon, from Apache Junction, Arizona, left, salutes Cmdr. Brian Freck, deputy commodore, Submarine Squadron 19, assuming command of the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Jacksonville (SSN 699) during its final change of command. During the ceremony, held at the Olympic Lodge, Cmdr. Steven Faulk, from Kennewick, Washington, turned over command to Vehon.
