BREMERTON, Wash. (April 19, 2018) Cmdr. David Vehon, from Apache Junction, Arizona, receives honors as he departs as the final commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Jacksonville (SSN 699), following a change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Steven Faulk, from Kennewick, Washington, turned over command to Vehon during the ceremony held at the Olympic Lodge.
