Río Grande, Puerto Rico, May 17, 2018 - View of the tropical rainforest El Yunque eight months after the impact of Hurricane María. Experts estimate that the complete recovery of the rainforest might take up to 20 years due to significant damages. After the impact of Hurricane María, FEMA in collaboration with the National Park Service began the recovery efforts to help restore it to its natural state. El Yunque has been partially opened, which allows visitors to enjoy access to roads and trails of this important National Park. FEMA/Eduardo Martínez
