U.S. Air Force Gen. Craig R. McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau, presents Oregon Army National Guard Maj. Gen. Raymond F. Rees, adjutant general of Oregon, with a minuteman statue during the dedication ceremony of the new 41st Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center in Clackamas, Ore., Sept. 16. McKinley also visited with officials from the port of Portland earlier in the day to recognize their partnership with the Oregon Air National Guard's 142nd Fighter Wing over the past 60 years. McKinley is the highest ranking officer in the National Guard and oversees National Guard units in 50 states and four U.S. territories.
