Gen. Craig McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau; Ted Kulongoski, the former governor of Oregon, Maj. Gen. Raymond F. Rees, the adjutant general of Oregon; and Brig. Gen. Mike Caldwell, deputy director of the Oregon Military Department, cut the ribbon at the dedication of the new 41st Armed Forces Reserve Center in Clackamas, Ore., Sept. 16, 2011. The 41st Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center cost just over $75 million and is the largest facility of its kind in Oregon.
