Oregon state Sen. Chuck Thomsen (R-Hood River, District 26) speaks to the crowd gathered for the dedication ceremony of the new 41st Infantry Division Armed Forces Reserve Center in Clackamas, Ore., Sept. 16. Thomsen said seeing the building and the WWII Soldiers of the 41st Infantry Division in the audience was an emotional experience. The $75 million facility is the largest building in the Oregon National Guard's inventory.
