Family of Cpl. Stephen E. Austin attend the 50th anniversary reunion of 1st Battalion 27th Marine Regiment July 21 in Alexandria, Va. The family attended the event to accept the Navy Cross being posthumously awarded to Cpl. Stephen E. Austin. Austin was awarded the Navy Cross for his actions of bravery and valor in Vietnam.
