August marks a month of bittersweet changes for the 98th Aviation Troop Command who bid farewell to the 1-285th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion and Col. D. Lee Winningham as they held a Casing of the Colors and change of command –welcoming in their new commander, Col. Greg Hartvigsen. Winningham gives his farewell speech to the Soldiers, friends and family in attendance.
