August marks a month of bittersweet changes for the 98th Aviation Troop Command who bid farewell to the 1-285th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion and Col. Denny Winningham as they held a Casing of the Colors and change of command –welcoming in their new commander, Col. Greg Hartvigsen. The Adjutant General McGuire, the Land Component Commander Richard Baldwin and the incoming and outgoing commanders of the 98th Aviation Troop Command sing along to the Army Song.
