August marks a month of bittersweet changes for the 98th Aviation Troop Command who bid farewell to the 1-285th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion and Col. D. Lee Winningham as they held a Casing of the Colors and change of command –welcoming in their new commander, Col. Greg Hartvigsen. Hartvigsen gives an intial speech to his new Soldiers along with famliy and friends in attendance.
