Brig. Gen. Igor Cutie, Moldova Chief of National Army General Staff, Commander of the National Army speaks with his Soldiers imbedded with the 236th Brigade Engineer Battalion. Cutie had the opportunity to see first hand what his Soldiers, imbedded within the different units of the 30th Armored Brigade, are training across their different fields of expertise. 95 Moldovan Soldiers are participating in the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team’s eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise in Fort Bliss, Texas from August 6-28, 2018.
