CONSTANTA, Romania (Aug. 20, 2018) Civil service mariners Andrew Baker, top, and Douglas Johnson, both assigned to the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7), moor the ship to a pier after arriving in Constanta, Romania, Aug. 20, 2018. Carson City is the seventh of nine expeditionary fast transport ships in Military Sealift Command's inventory with a primary mission of providing rapid transport of military equipment and personnel in theater via its 20,000 square foot reconfigurable mission bay area and seating for 312 passengers.
