FORT KNOX, Ky. – 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) Soldiers conduct a litter carry onto a HH-60M Hospital Blackhawk during an air medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) training, July 12. The 1st TSC Soldiers learned how to build and use a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System, evaluate a casualty and perform tactical care, request MEDEVAC support and aircraft safety as well as tactical aerial flight operations.
