Seth Damann, flight paramedic, both of 244th Aviation Brigade (United States) safety escorts Soldiers from the 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) into a HH-60M Hospital Blackhawk during an air medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) training, July 12. The 1st TSC Soldiers learned how to build and use a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System, evaluate a casualty and perform tactical care, request MEDEVAC support and aircraft safety as well as tactical aerial flight operations.
