The training was part of a four-day tactical combat casualty care class between the Washington Army National Guard’s Special Operations Detachment – Pacific Soldiers and the rangers. More than 500 U.S. Army, Army National Guard and Royal Thai Army Soldiers are participating in the 11-day bilateral exercise that demonstrates the U.S. and Kingdom of Thailand’s commitment to its longstanding alliance while also strengthening the capabilities of both forces.
