VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Operations Specialist Juan Gutierrez, from El Paso, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) operations department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by his wife and father during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
