VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Gunner’s Mate Daniel Eastwood, from Braunfels, Texas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) weapons department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by his father and wife during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Centerfor the Performing Arts.
