VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Electrician’s Mate Antonio Carter, from Edgefield, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) engineering department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by his fellow chief petty officers during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
