VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Aviation Ordnanceman Marcus Williams, Norfolk, Virginia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) weapons department, is rung into the Chiefs Mess after being pinned to the rank of chief petty officer. Thirty-six Ford Sailors were advanced to the rank of chief petty officer.
