(Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Fire Controlman Chad Roberts, from Palmyra, Illinois, assigned to Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion & Repair, Newport News, is rung into the Chiefs Mess after being pinned to the rank of chief petty officer.
