Rachel Cuenca, an orthopedic pediatric surgeon with Brooke Army Medical Center, performs surgery on a Honduran teenage patient at the University School Hospital in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Aug. 22, 2018 during a Regional Health Command-Central Global Health Engagement Medical Readiness Training Exercise.
