A team comprised of U.S. Army medical personnel and Honduran counterparts performs hand surgery on a Honduran patient at the University School Hospital in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Aug. 22, 2018 during a Regional Health Command-Central Global Health Engagement Medical Readiness Training Exercise.
