Jess Nelson, anesthesiologist with the William Beaumont Army Medical Center, monitors anesthesia during a pediatric surgery at the University School Hospital in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Aug. 22, 2018 during a Regional Health Command-Central Global Health Engagement Medical Readiness Training Exercise.
