DAHLGREN, Va. (Sept. 21, 2018) – Dillard Patton receives certificates of appreciation from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Acting Chief of Staff Terri Gray and Acting Deputy Technical Director Chris Clifford at the 2018 NSWCDD Academic Recognition Ceremony. Patton – commissioned into the Naval Reserves ten days earlier – was recognized for completing two professional certifications. He received a system safety certification from the University of Southern California and an associate systems engineering professional certification from the International Council on Systems Engineering.
