DAHLGREN, Va. (Sept. 21, 2018) – U.S. Navy Capt. Andrew Thomson administers the oath of office to Dillard Patton during Patton’s Naval officer commissioning ceremony at the Aegis Training and Readiness Center. Once the NSWC Dahlgren Division System Safety Engineering Division civilian engineer pledged the oath of office, he was commissioned into the officer ranks of the Naval Reserves.
