International officers from the Naval Staff College visit U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) on Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Sept. 27, 2018. The students represent 29 countries and are participating in a one-year master's level leadership course aimed at building partnerships and strengthening relationships. USSTRATCOM has global responsibilities assigned through the Unified Command Plan that include strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, space operations, joint electromagnetic spectrum operations, global strike, missile defense, and analysis and targeting.
