John Hyten, commander of U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), speaks with international officers from the Naval Staff College at the USSTRATCOM theater on Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Sept. 27, 2018. The students represent 29 countries and are participating in a one-year master's level leadership course aimed at building partnerships and strengthening relationships.
