Lance Cpl. Eric Gerda, a motor vehicle operator with the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force aboard the USS Oak Hill instructs a member of the Panamanian Special Forces on executing a proper break fall to avoid injury Oct. 19. During their stay aboard the USS Oak Hill, the Panamanian forces practiced MCMAP with the Marines of the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force 5 days a week. The USS Oak Hill is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
