Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Jason Gates fastens the last strap to attach the wing of the Aqua Puma Unmanned Aerial Vehicle aboard the Amphibious Dock Landing Ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) on Oct. 24. Oak Hill is participating in Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 12, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
