PORT OF SUVA, Fiji (Oct. 14, 2018) Lt. j.g. Cody Roberts and Yeoman 3rd Class Daniel Navarro interpret a radar in the pilot house of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) while the ship pulls into the Port of Suva, Fiji Oct. 14, 2018. Shoup is currently participating in the Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI) program, a Secretary of Defense program leveraging Department of Defense assets transiting the region to increase the Coast Guard’s maritime domain awareness, ultimately supporting its maritime law enforcement operations in Oceania.
