Soldiers from 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii watch the “Not in My Squad” initiative introduction by Sgt. Maj. Of the Army Daniel A. Dailey Nov. 6, in a classroom at the 3-4 Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team headquarters during as a part of a series of workshops related to the initiative.
The “Not in My Squad” initiative is a program started by Dailey in 2015. The workshop is tailored towards allowing squad-level leadership the opportunity to have an open conversation amongst each other to further build and sustain a climate of dignity, respect, trust and inclusion.
