Command Sgt. Maj. Alex Kupratty, the command sergeant major for 3-4 Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii provides feedback on the topics the team identified as problem areas in the Army Nov. 8, at a classroom at the Regiment’s headquarters at the conclusion for the workshop for the “Not in My Squad” initiative.
The “Not in My Squad” initiative is a program started by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel A. Dailey in 2015. The workshop is tailored towards allowing squad-level leadership the opportunity to have an open conversation amongst each other to further build and sustain a climate of dignity, respect, trust and inclusion.
