Soldiers from 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii select their topics which are promotions, mandatory online training, and the dining facility, Nov. 7, at a classroom at the 3-4 Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team headquarters which they will brief to the unit’s senior leaders during a workshop for the “Not in My Squad” initiative.
The “Not in My Squad” initiative is a program started by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel A. Dailey in 2015. The workshop is tailored towards allowing squad-level leadership the opportunity to have an open conversation amongst each other to further build and sustain a climate of dignity, respect, trust and inclusion.
