Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 17, 2018 – Piles of debris lay stacked on the side of the road after Super Typhoon Yutu made landfall, damaging hundreds of homes and leaving many residents without power, shelter, food, or access to clean water. FEMA staff are deployed to the islands of Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam to help the Commonwealth deliver aid to those affected by the disaster. Grace Simoneau/FEMA
