Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 17, 2018 – A totaled car sits in the village of Koblerville after Super Typhoon Yutu passed through the island as the second strongest storm to hit U.S. soil, leaving many residents without power, shelter, food, or access to clean water. FEMA staff are deployed to the islands of Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and Guam to help the Commonwealth deliver aid to those affected by the disaster. Grace Simoneau/FEMA
