SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 15, 2018) - A U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft flies over the Military Sealift Command’s expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Fall River (T-EPF 4) during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2018 in the South China Sea, November 15.
