Command Sgt. Maj. Marvin Hill, the senior enlisted leader for the International Security Assistance Forces in Afghanistan, addresses the inductees of the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, during the non-commissioned officer induction ceremony held by the 1st ACB at the USO here Dec. 10. Soldiers and other coalition forces gathered here to watch the ceremony as more than 40 newly promoted sergeants were officially inducted into the corps of non-commissioned officers.
